I went in on a VERY hot day. Needed a pvc pipe cut into several pieces. Jim sweated it out and cut the pipe for me. My VBS kids at church will LOVE the finished product!! Fantastic customer service!!

Stood for half an hour by the wire, after asking if we could get help. Jackie was awesome and after trying to call someone actually went looking for someone to help us! Only to be told herself that "everyone who can" help us is busy. Maybe some job cross-training would be in order? Thanks Jackie, appreciated your help and sorry you have such little teammate assistance!
This place is a joke you call them and ask a question. They put you on hold for 5 minutes then do not understand what you are asking them. You say utility trailer they come back and say yes we have a wheel barrow. Please please teach your people
The manager named leo on duty was very rude and condisending on the phone and In Person. I would not recommend going though him for anything. He shouldnt treat customers this way if he is in a position like that at home depot. Home depot is a great place for customers but not when you employ people like leo! Hope this helps.
