Requested information on a item and was told where it was at. Found it and the check out clerk was helpful and asked if I needed help carry it out. She doubled bagged the item so was easy for me to carry out.
Every one was very helpful. And didn't blow ME off when I needed information and delivery.
We bought some flooring and decided to expand the new flooring project to another area. When we went back to get enough to complete the added area, they were sold out. Since we hadn't opened the boxes we were able to exchange for a better product and we were totally happy. They were so helpful. Love this store.
I have been in several Menards and this one has friendly service and clean restrooms! A complaint I have is I sent two rebate forms in over the last 3months and have heard nothing!!
