Terrible customer service. I didn't expect a lot going to Walmart of course, but what such nasty and rude people. Never take your vehicle here.
Nobody called to tell me my oil change was done. After two hours I went and checked and it was done and my car was sitting in the lot. I asked the lady to give me my keys and she ignored me and left. Finally I got the attention of a different worker and she gave me the keys. Nobody apologized and instead blamed it on a lunch break. I never got an answer to why nobody called me. Will never go here again.
