Dr. Heath is amazing! I would refer anyone here! Sorry we had to move and lose our vet. Dr. Heath helped us through a very rough time this year!
Recently we brought in our cat that had been attacked from what we believe was a raccoon, Dr Kim gave me the option to give her meds myself and wrap her injured leg every 2 days or bring her in so they could do it. I chose to save some money and do it myself. They showed me step by step what to do. Turned out it was too late, the infection was in her bone/joint but we really appreciated the time they gave us to try and save her leg. After it was obvious it wasn't working, we decided to have it amputated, xray we were shown proved it was hopeless in saving it. This is now 2 days after surgery, and our cat feels SO much better!! She is getting around fine and pioneer animal clinic is available and answering any questions I have had. Dr Sarah Heath performed the surgery, as Kim was out of the office that day. Thank you to the staff for taking care of Kitty the week she stayed with you and thank you for being patient with us and caring so much. As far as the price for everything, it was much lower than we expected. We were quoted prices several times on everything and each time the bill was well under the quote which is MUCH appreciated!
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable vets, took the time to answer my questions. When our goat got away, jumped up and put his foot through the chicken coop window, he needed stiches in his leg, the vet was fun, easy going and got the job done perfectly while letting our daughter watch and learn from her.
Between the great people that work here and the job they have done caring for our dogs, I would highly recommend this clinic!
We brought a little dog in named Trixie she clearly had a bowl blockage and they didn't do anything for her and she died that same night idiots didn't even do an ultrasound I will never go back there again
