The Scottsbluff police department are violating citizen rights not to mention the fact that they are harassing citizens as well. They are not explaining or giving reason as to why they are stopping an individual they are doing searches without the consistence of the owners of the car. Also they are searching individuals with out having any cause. Let be knowing that they are also violating individuals that are handicap and disable and questioning with out reading there Miranda rights or with legal counsel present. The so called officers of the law to serve and protect are not following the correct process to a traffic violation if any are even made. There will be complaint filed and legal representation involved toward the SPD as this event has currently happen to 2 individuals on 10/16/17
