So on Friday nights here you get charged more for the buffet having wings and fries. Well tonight we were there at 630 to 715 (buffet hours are 5-8) and the whole time we were there not one fresh pizza was brought out. And if we are paying more for the wings and fries they should have them right? Well they had 4 wings and a handful of fries. Didn't bring anymore of those out either. So why did we have to pay for something that was not brought out to the buffet? Also they didn't have tea and we never were offered refills. The tables next to us we're dirty. This place is just a disaster. Lesson learned. We will NOT be back.
The pizza is okay but they never seem to look at the order correctly. They have only given me one order of bread sticks when I order two on two occasions. Also, today like every day since I returned to Scottsbluff they didn't put hardly any cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks. I have lived in many different places and they usually load it up but not here apparently. It's a dessert for a reason. I don't want plain bread sticks with a hint of cinnamon.
Was over charged after the waitress was rude
For being a buffett during lunch time, there was no pizza out. Had to wait for somebody to come out from the back to seat us. A guy w/ ear buds hanging out his ears was told to seat us. There 45 mins, not even an offer to refill our drinks. Did come & let me know the bread sticks were out & got plates from us as our drinks were empty. Then act pissed when I only tip $2. Really didn't deserve that. 3 diff pizzas w/ all thin crust, not real good. More than likely won't be back.
This place has seen some rough years as of late. Used to be better maintained and run. But they still get the job done when it comes to pizza. Pizza is a pretty greasy but good on flavor, sauce and crust. Breadsticks are still top notch but the dipping sauce is less thick than it used to be. Also there is an extra room for larger parties or events. Service is okay and food is made fast. Location is great and parking is limited.
