Called for a quote and was told I would have a call back by mid afternoon and never received one. I called to check and was told the gal working my quote was out of the office so I could get the quote the next day. Only when I said never mind we will look else where for insurance did the gal that answered the phone say she could run a quote for me give her 5 mins. She called back only to ask me the same questions the previous girl asked me the day before. Not a good first impression.
