SandeG and her Zumba class are amazing!! Sande has so much energy that it comes through on every song that we work out too! She is a great instructor and makes sure that everyone in the class knows how to do the workout dance patterns. She chooses very upbeat music and just the music alone wants to make you bounce around everywhere. I look forward to her classes every week for the great workout and the positivity I get from Sande and her class! You HAVE to try SandeG's Zumba classes, once you do, you will be hooked!!

Such a fun class, with a great teacher. Sande chooses fun songs, & keeps the moves simple enough to follow along. Really is a fun way to exercise!
