They don't pay attention to who's next in line. Was told 20 minutes with only a couple ahead in line. After 30 minutes and several going in front, we asked how much longer it would be. The response was oh, sorry. They must not have seen you. We never left the area.. They never called for him either. They need to take lessons from the Cheyenne shop.
