This is a great store that benefits the community in so many more ways than the BIG corporate giant in town. Shop the grocery stores that are LOCAL. Great produce, meat, bakery, deli. Cheese selection is phenomenal. Pharmacy available. Get the Safeway card and app. Most of the time I save 25-50% by using those two incentive features.

Scottsbluff ne .12 minutes in line....8+ people in 2 lanes open never even moved first customer still arguing over prime rib....same lady i had to wait to quit arguing at meat counter...she was wrong by the way... Finally put all my stuff down and left. Go to Alliance Me Safeway twice a week and NEVER have problems. Scottsbluff ALWAYS
I have a Safeway card, which saves me quite a bit whenever I go in to shop! Love buying groceries here, and the service is usually good. Sometimes though, you can expect to wait it like for a little wh8le to check out, but most of the time, the friendly staff make up for it.
Good clean store. Good sales. Kind of crowded lines, but I prefer this store over walmart
