This bank is awful they told me there nothing they could do to get my money out while I was out of state. My card was not working because it had been hacked and they shut off my card usage. I asked them to change my PIN number because for some reason it was not what i made it and they told me that is something they can't do and I would have to get something sent in the mail. They owe me 98$ of my own money because my account was hacked, I called to ask when I can get it because I am moving and they said that it will "take a while". Still months later and living in another state they have not been refunded me for my hacked account. I also was moving the week of the eclipse and that Monday was the only day I had a chance to go the bank and they closed just for an eclipse. So now I have to drive 2 and a half hours back to Scottsbluff just to cancel my account and get MY money that is just sitting there. Do not bank here they are so many more bank options please be smart and don't choose this one.
Sooooooo slow in drive through unbearable
For the 3.5 years I banked there they were always making mistakes that cost ME time and money. I was finally sick of it and went in and closed my accounts about a month ago. Somehow even though I cancelled my ACH and closed my accounts they managed to withdraw money from my other institution! I was pretty unhappy before when I closed my accounts, now that they've stolen my money I am VERY unhappy. Wondering where my money went to if my accounts are closed.
