The in-store experience isn't bad, but when a $60+ hoodie is a year old and the letters start falling off, don't expect much. The employees don't know what to do and the manager I spoke to (Rhonda) acted like it was such a hassle to speak to me. The hoodie has been worn less than 10 times, washed 3 times max, and never in warm water. Don't expect high quality from J. America brand from Herberger's or good customer service when you have issues.
Herberger's has basically everything you could ever need! Very clean and the employees are so helpful. They also have amazing sales! I just bought so many clothes and saved a ton!
