Came in with my friends to be a support a few months back. I am just now leaving this review because I was helping a friend out in payment and still have a remaining balance from last vist, they called me and begged me to come in that day an hour before the appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Seems pretty desperate to me. While I was there a few months back I noticed how unprofessional the staff is, they have no organization, and they always seem grumpy and rude, I couldn't even get a real truthful smile out of the red head. The waiting room is boring and once you get back everyone seems to not actually know what they are talking about. Everyone is so rushed and frustrated you feel like you can feel the tension. One of the Doctors called my elder friend "bud" which I thought was rude, you should respect your elders we are not your bud. Everyone seemed so caught up in what they were doing me and friend felt almost invisible. From my experience coming here was a bunch a people that don't want to work together and all they care about is saving them selves than actually focusing on the work.
The staff was very accomadating and was able to squeeze me in immediately. Dr Jay Z was very professional and did an amazing job. Thanks so much for your help and for being open on a Friday!!
The best dentist office I have been to since I was a child. Kind, caring, efficient, and quality work.
Dr. Beck called us and we met to discuss the issues. We decided that there was a lack of communication. She didn't understand what the treatment plan was. She went back for the recommended treatments and was very pleased with the whole clinic. She found that the Doctors and the whole staff were very professional, friendly, kind and caring. She was very impressed with her whole experience with them.
Recently, I posted a negative review on behalf of my wife. We would like to recant that review and apologize to the Clinic and to anyone who was negatively impacted by our review.
