Took my car here for recall service. Also asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and fix a noisy belt. Took nearly all afternoon which is no problem. Got a text to call as they had questions. Turns out the battery was showing a low charge (confirmed by my daughter who indicated the car was having a hard time turning over in the cold mornings) and that the tires weren't rotated due to the limited tread left on the rear tires. They were concerned about leaving the thicker tread on the front for the upcoming snow. Didn't push any product me just told us what they found.
Great treatment. Has to ask for help. But once engaged they were great. Small selection of large trucks but cars were good

My only disappointment is after the amount of money we put into the car today, it would have been nice to have a complimentary car wash. They did vacuum out the front seat though.
Estimates are really high, but what you would expect from a dealer, I guess. Staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable. The only hiccup and annoyance I had, which I was not compensated for, was I had repairs done, and a piece of the new part's cover did not come in; apparently the replacement part kit was missing this cover piece. I was told it would be ordered and in within a few days. When I checked back in a few days, someone dropped the ball and not done what they were supposed to - order the part. Because I had explained I would be out of town for an extended period prior to having the work done at all, it was important to have this piece to prevent rust issues. Many, many weeks later the part was installed, but the area covered by the part was not cleaned or dried out prior to the cover being put on. So now I always wonder when it will begin rusting, or if it has already begun rusting. I felt like they could been a little more apologetic and maybe offered a discount, an oil change, a car wash, a proper installation of the cover, and/or something that would have made me feel appreciated and apologized to over being forgotten.
