Terrible experience! This bank deactivated my debit card without speaking to the card holder, I asked them to reactivate it, which they said they did....but my card was still declined, days later. Come to find out, they "forgot" to reset the card limits. Probably going to withdraw all funds and go to a bank that doesn't cut corners. Thanks for nothing!
